Bluetooth stalls boot if connection is interrupted by a shutdown

if i forget to disconnect my bluetooth devices before turning the pc off the next boot will get stuck on motherboard logo for multiple minutes and then systemd will get stuck on :: Triggering uevents...
only solution i found is to physically remove the bluetooth adapter which makes the boot continue at normal speed like nothing happened
