Temporary fix for groff 1.24.0 if someone can't view some manuals

Recently upgraded groff 1.24.0 brought a buggy neqn program, which may lead to man failure.
If someone upgrades his system and find that man poll can't render proper manual, please apply the following
tempory fix, which has been patched in upstream and is planned to be released with 1.24.1.

sudo sed -i -e 's/[@]g[@]//g' /usr/bin/neqn
