Time out problem during installation

Hello, I'm trying to install arch linux for the first time with the help of the wiki but I have a problem.
When I try to install the linux firmware with 'pacstrap -K /mnt base linux linux-firmware' I get a bunch of time out messages, I tried to create a mirror list of multiple countries with reflector but I get the same issue.
I also tried to continue the installation to see if I could install the linux firmware later but when I try to do 'arch-chroot /mnt'  I get "chroot: failed to run command '/bin/bash': no such file or directory"
